person value for only $2199 per person based on double occupancy
Package price includes round-trip airfare from set
int’l airport, deluxe hotel accommodations, all breakfasts, most dinners, all
transfers, luxury coach ground transportation, professional tour guides, travel
gifts (free goodie bag!), plus all events - attractions – admissions – parties
– activities - events. Subject to change. Airport departures taxes not
included. No hidden costs.
GENERAL
CONDITIONS:
Space is reserved upon receipt of $1000 down payment. Final payment due by
deadlines listed above in booking coupon or late penalty fees may apply. Tour
is guaranteed to take place. Price is per person based on double occupancy.
Single supplement option: Add $95.50 per night. Late bookings cannot be guaranteed room-shares. Service charges,
breakfasts, any dinners, transfers, tour guide fees, admissions, attractions,
any special guests and all tariffs (except international airline departure tax)
included in full package price. No hidden costs or added fees. Itinerary, events, guests and attractions
are subject to change.
Cancellations
and refunds policy:
A booking can be cancelled but the cancellation must be made in writing. We
will carry over deposits if you must postpone your trip and you wish to travel
on a later vacation if you give us ample notice. The following cancellation
charges (per person) apply: Full refund
less $99.00 office fee if you notify us in writing more than 120 days prior to
the trip. 50% refund 89-120 days prior. $250.00 refund 59-89 days prior.
$100.00 refund 29-59 days prior. No refunds for no-shows/last minute
cancellations.
No
refunds for any unused portion(s) of the tour packages. Valid passports
required. No travel visa or vaccinations required for U.S. citizens.
Personal
travel insurance is available and highly recommended for all travel packages.
